THINGECHO / LEGAL

Terms of Service

Effective September 19, 2026

These terms govern your use of ThingEcho. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.

Using ThingEcho

You may use ThingEcho only in compliance with applicable law. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you add, for activity under your account, and for keeping your sign-in credentials secure.

Your content

You retain ownership of the records, photos, notes, and other content you add. You give us permission to host, process, display, and transmit that content only as needed to operate and improve ThingEcho.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, upload unlawful or harmful content, or use ThingEcho to violate the rights of others.

Service availability and changes

ThingEcho is actively developing. Features may change, and the service may occasionally be unavailable. We may modify or discontinue features and will make reasonable efforts to preserve access to your information.

Paid features

If you purchase a paid plan, the price, billing period, renewal terms, and included features will be shown before purchase. Physical tags and other hardware are sold separately unless expressly stated otherwise.

Third-party services

ThingEcho may rely on or link to third-party services, including sign-in, hosting, analytics, and payment providers. Their own terms and policies apply to your use of those services.

Disclaimers and liability

ThingEcho is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. It is a record-keeping aid and should not be your only source for safety-critical, legal, warranty, or maintenance information. To the extent permitted by law, ThingEcho is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

Account suspension or termination

We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are materially violated or if necessary to protect users, ThingEcho, or others. You may stop using the service at any time and request account deletion.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as ThingEcho develops. We will post revised terms here and update the effective date. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
